It is possible that we will be a day ahead. If we are returning on Saturday, we will call ahead. For a Sunday return, we will post our return departure and estimated arrival times at 933-1969.

to US 19 at the Nantahala River, NC mile 58.5

Notes for attendees:

Bring personal gorp.
Bring two one-liter bottles for water.
The first meal will be a bag lunch on Saturday.
Bring enough cash for a meal on the way coming home.
Other than the road crossing at US highway 64 and the Forest Service road to Wayah Bald,
we will be inaccessible.
Save space for fifteen pounds of food and group equipment.
