Parent Meeting of Boy Scout Troop 9

December 11, 2001

The Troop is submitting its re-charter. Tom is putting the package together. All adult committee positions registered in the re-charter need to have their documents submitted without delay.

The treasurer report: the current on-hand balance is $3120.00.

The Scout-a-rama went very well with 12+ boys helping and attending. As a thank you, Dave wants to have a Christmas party next Tuesday (December 18).

There are number of Cub Scouts moving up in the next year that are interested in Troop 9.

Report on the caving trip: it was a good trip with the exception of some boys not staying together. Next year’s trip will need to address any issues arising from this trip.

No parent meeting is currently planned for January but one may be called for the 15^th if John has new information to share with the parents.
