This hike is in the New Hope Creek gorge between Whitfield and Mt Sinai Road, The route takes a forest road from Whitfield Road to a bridge on New Hope Creek and then follows the creek to the next bridge and out on a forest road. The trail along the gorge may require getting wet and/or climbing rock cliffs when the trail peters out. Bring rain gear, trail food, water and first aid kit.
Meet at the intersection of Sunrise Road and Whitfield Road near the
the fire station at 1 pm. We should be back about 3:30 pm.
